Happy Apple Farm

We decided to make the trek down to Happy Apple Farm. It's a little less than an hour away and I love that they don't charge admission. It can get quite expensive at some of the places! Their apple crop was lost to some freezes but they had pumpkins and a hayride and that's what we were looking for.

I told Nathan after this shot that we could leave now since we went on a hayride. He wasn't amused!

Hayride to the pumpkin patch!

Made it!

Nathan telling me he would carry the pumpkin himself :)

Nathan wanted a pumpkin he could carry, so we are off to the "baby pumpkin patch!"

Josh loves to yank my sunglasses off.

Success!

Back to the store!

Nathan's eyes don't like the sun. Where does he get this from? :)

Then he gets in trouble for biting Josh's finger.

Josh is like, "what's wrong with you? I'm the one that got bit!"

Yep. Such nice pictures of our visit, but I thought I should also photograph a small piece of the reality of even small trips with our little ones!

We got some apple cider and candy stick for Nathan when we paid for our pumpkins. Nathan giving Josh a lick!

Back in the store for some food. We thought we should support the operation...and we were hungry and the boys needed some food!

This belt with the Indian head was Dad Witt's when he was younger!

Awww.

When Josh starts giggling you know there is a dog somewhere!

Curious what a pumpkin patch looked like for us 2 years ago? For a walk down memory lane...go here.
