We stopped at Five Guys for burgers and fries in Castle Rock on the way up! Apparently, a popular stop on the way to the game for other EAGLES fans! In this family we found out that the son was the only true Eagles fan, but that the dad, mom and sister got Eagles gear to go to the game, but they are actually STEELERS fans! I loved it! Steelers fans wearing Eagles gear. I should show my cousin Megan :) She'd probably be outraged.
It was really fun to run into and chat with other Eagles fans. This guy is from Philly. His truck is even Eagle's green :) This is what his wife tells me anyway! They didn't drive it to the game.
This was funny. Two friends going to the game together...one in and Eagles jersey, the other in Broncos. Matt was talking to them.

Parking worked out great. We chose a lot about 10 minutes away in walking distance and it allowed us to avoid a lot of the chaos. Plus, it was beautiful out so it was a nice walk. Again, we chatted with fellow Eagles fans along the way.

Our seats on the upper level! We were HIGH. We saw the whole field really well. So thankful to Kyle's dad for selling the tickets so Matt's parents could buy them! Thank you Dad & Mom Witt!
The sun was HOT. I put on Matt's hat to shade my face. Wishing I had worn shorts...
And more Eagles. I loved this part of the game...shouting and high fives to other Eagles supporters.
Kyle's cousin and girlfriend sat next to us. Matt actually knew Jared from working out at the gym and they were very nice Broncos fans to us :) Honestly, all of the Broncos fans really were.
Probably easier for them to be nice since their team annihilated us! At half time I was feeling good that we were only down by 8...if that tells you anything. Ending score...52-20. Broncos. Ouch!
Matt checking the score of the Cowboys game because the NFC East is so bad this year, if the Cowboys lost, we still had a chance of being in first if we won next week! They did lose. Sweet! One of the Eagles fans yelled this to us as they were leaving the stands when the game was over :) That's why we thought to check then.

Cool. A roller coaster! Maybe next trip :) Really fun date with my man even though we went home with a loss!
