So not his first cut...as mommy has cut it several times. But it was time to have it done by someone who knows what they are doing! Here he is before heading out without his helmet on!
The same day he graduated from his band, we took him for the haircut. I took him to my stylist, Lynnse Sleeper. Fancy! He waltzed into the salon waiting area (the stylist's rent rooms out, and then there is a common waiting area) grinning at two ladies and providing some entertainment. Here he is in the seat, ready to go!
He did surprisingly well.
Lynnse was impressed!
Checking himself out in them mirror.
Combing his hair :)
"Where'd she go?"
He was dancing to the music that Lynnse was playing on her ipod (an ipod he recognized when we got there because of playing with Nana's...he immediately tried to hit the button to turn it off!).
Here's a video Matt posted for me. You can see a little bit of dancing at the beginning of it :) This was at the end though, when his patience was running out! He was no longer captivated with the comb and other fun items she gave him to play with! We did use the clippers on his neck after this and he seemed to like the vibrating on his neck.
I tried to take a couple of after pictures...
He was moving quick though. He was having too much fun running around. At least you can see the side of his head.
It's not really that different, just shorter. His hair is so light it looks like he doesn't have much of it!
It's nice that it isn't on his collar anymore.
Overall, a pleasant hair cutting experience!

Hey lady, thanks for the bombardment of new posts! You're right, Nathan does look much older without the helmet but still pretty stinking cute!
Yes, Nathan looks older. What happened to our baby? I sure can see why everyone loves him tho.
Love the new do! New look to celebrate!!
