Mom Witt came out to see us last Friday! She stayed until this past Thursday and Mary joined her on Monday. We had fun with our visitors and were blessed with some warm days and sunshine!
Grandma Deb was anxious to show Nathan the games she put on her iPad for him!
He was a fan.
Nathan at 6 months...the day Grandma arrived. This is right before bed. I took a video clip of him that you can view here.
He's supposed to be sleeping...but apparently he is too excited about his company to go to sleep!
On Saturday we went to Woodland Park for a picnic. It was sunny but the wind made it chilly!
Then of course, we had to stop at the Donut Mill. Matt is all about it.
More iPad fun with Grandma. To see a video of Nathan playing on it go here.
Nathan was cracking us up on Sunday with his squealing and laughing.
To see a video of him in action go here.
Our little family. Nathan in his new football gear from Grandma.
Monday night we went to the pool at Mom Witt's hotel.
Nathan's first time in the pool! Here's a video here. It's a little dark but you get the idea.
He was a little tired and we were wondering how he would do.
He did great! He didn't get upset and after a little while he began to relax in the water.
In his little duckie towel after getting out of the water.
On the way back to the room.
He is so cute!
Mary arrived Monday night after our pool trip and on Tuesday the warm weather and sun showed up! Here we are on a walk before Matt got home from work.
Long-time friends. Thanks for visiting me in Colorado again, ladies! I hope it's not the last! The first time was back in '04 when I was at Focus on the Family Institute.
Matt got home just in time to take a picture of the girls and Nathan!
Wednesday night we went to this fabulous restaurant.
It was delicious!
Remind me not to let him alone with these two. :)
Nathan was flirting with the waitress. He checked to make sure it was okay with Mary first though. She calls him her "little boyfriend."
With my Mom Witt.
Thursday morning I took Nathan to the park to try to get a few pictures. Mom and Mary were at Garden of the Gods...it was a beautiful day for it! But a little too sunny for Nathan.
It didn't go that great! He does really like his new sippie cup though.
Some last moments with his ladies (Mary likes to call themselves "the clowns")
And one last goodbye at the airport.
Thanks for coming Mom and Mary!

What wonderful pictures. I have been waiting for them. I love seeing pictures of Grandma Deb and her grandson. The pool looked great and Nathan looked like a pro. First things are always fun. Love you all.
I knew you would like those pics, Grandma J :) Just put more up for you! Love you!
Wow, since 2004 since we had done that first trip! That's way too long in between!! Maybe we should start planning now, then in may not take 7 years to repeat!
love all the videos too! I'm so glad you got a camera that allows you to document all the cute little things he does.
