We went back to PA the second week of June! I might as well start posting about it! As usual, I took way too many pictures :)
In Denver, shuttling from parking our car to the airport.
We had about a 3 hour and 40 minute flight to Baltimore. Josh had a really rough time as he was tired but refused to sleep for most of the flight! Until this.
Matt got him to fall asleep in his arms. This is right before the stewardess came by and told him Josh's head was too far into the aisle. (Yes, we were in the back row, yes the seatbelt sign was ON, and yes, I had just shared with her how difficult it is for him to fall asleep when he's not in his crib. Oh yeah, and yes she kept talking to us and explaining why his head shouldn't be there while she was a foot away from him and he woke up. She's lucky we got him settled back down!) This nap lasted only 30 minutes but he was a lot better after waking up!
Grandma picked us up at the airport!
Nathan slept in our room on the floor by our bed. The first night he had a hard time with because he wanted to be IN our bed. But we stuck with it because we knew everyone would sleep a lot better if he was on the floor. And we were right! See this crazy looking ape? It greeted us when we walked into our room. He was sitting on the bed with his face covered with his hands! We sent this to mom for Mother's Day as a joke (the card said "Payback!") because of all of the animals she gets for Nathan! Well, she decided to have Nathan fall in love with it while home so he would need to bring it BACK with us!!! Ha! Too bad she forgot about it when we were packing up to leave :)
It's funny because he actually did love it. He called him Jumbo. His tag said "jumbo ape" on it.
The thing is so big.
And that was our Saturday!
