Jim's 50th

You've seen and heard about Jim & Karla a bit on here.  As a reminder, Jim is the Administrator of 5 Encompass Home Health offices in Colorado.  But he started as just the Colorado Springs Administrator and interviewed both Matt and I.  He is a very big part of why we enjoy Encompass so much at a local level.  Anyway, he turned 50 last week and went to Iowa to visit his mom and other family over his birthday.  When they arrived home late Tuesday night we had a surprise waiting for him!  (I cleared this with Karla first!)
