I don't know if I have ever mentioned this on here...but my family owns a full service and a few self-service car washes in central Pennsylvania. My parents and my brother, David, run the operations. Kleen Mist Car Wash now has a website! David has done an awesome job creating it. You can even become a fan of Kleen Mist on facebook! Check it out here!

Snow!
This morning Matt and I woke up to about the fourth snow fall this year. It was a pretty snow and it continued for the most of the day. In these picture I tried to get some of the snow as well as Matt's lighting job on our deck!
Matt's car under snow!
It was a great day to wear in my new blanket...that also zips up around me! Thank you, Sam's Club! :) (And Matt!!!) Oops. It looks like I still had my scarf on from church!
Here is our apartment from outside. Didn't Matt do a nice job with the lights?
Our apartment is on the top right...behind the tree branch!
For Grandma Johnson...pictures of the lighted garland we put up over our window!
Can you see Matt's lights outside?
And a few gifts I got wrapped this weekend. I wonder who they're for?
We bought this for the window that looks into our kitchen. It looks so pretty when you light a candle inside of it.
View through the opening...also so Grandma Johnson can get a closer look! We also wish you could be out here and inspect every nook and cranny, Grandma J!

It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas...
So last weekend Matt and I put up our Christmas tree!! We knew it was early but we love to enjoy it for awhile...especially since we are flying back to PA for a week in December. Here are a few pictures from last Sunday night.
Peek-a-boo
The ribbon is always my job!
Matt's job...Ha!
Touchdown, apparently.
That's what I get for decorating the tree during Sunday night football when the Eagles are playing! ha ha. Thankfully, they won!
Not to worry...I am showing my support by wearing my Philly tee. I am just multi-tasking!
More pics to come soon of the apartment decorated for Christmas. And the finished tree! I'm waiting for some daylight to take some better pictures. We love Christmas!!!

Thanksgiving
Matt and I spent Thanksgiving in Colorado this year. We slept in...it was so nice! :) And then in the afternoon we went over to Uncle Jerry & Aunt Kathy's for a full Thanksgiving meal! They know how to go all out!
Here is the dining room all set up for the first course:
soup (crab leg and shrimp bisque) and salad with homemade crescent rolls.
Complete with a turkey in the middle! :)
A pic of the four of us before sitting down to eat.
Time for the main course! Uncle Jerry with the turkey.
Tasting in the kitchen!
Ready to chow down on the full spread! Complete with cranberry sauce, stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts...and of course, the turkey. We came home with leftovers :)
Delicious all the way down to the pecan and chocolate-ricotta pie. We hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving with the ones you love! We are looking forward to some more time with family during the Christmas season.

Weekend in Orlando
After my last day of work at Colonial Columns on Friday, Matt and I flew out to Orlando to visit Mark (Matt's twin brother) and Rosie (Mark's wife). It was the first time we were able to visit them since they moved to Florida. So we got to see their townhome, hang out with some of Rosie's family, and check out their stomping grounds.
Saturday morning, we headed out to the lake on Ben (Rosie's brother) and Tami's (Ben's wife) boat. Everyone got a shot at an activity in the water. Rosie started us off with some water skiing. She's a pro:

Then Ben showed us his talents on the wakeboard:
He's okay, I guess.
And then on a wakeskate. This is how he ends his ride-he lets go of the rope and flys!
Here Tami is giving Matt lessons before he goes out to wakeboard. It is his first time:
Third try, and he is up!
His athleticism amazes me.
Mark showing us how it is done.
And Tami's turn!
Some of us weren't so lucky that day. And when I say some of us...I mean me. :) I never could get up on the wakeboard!
On the boat:
Ben took us on a tour of the lake. This is Shaq's lakehouse. Life's tough, huh?
We ate lunch out on the boat and then headed back.
Saturday night, Mark, Rosie, Matt and I hit up the outlets and then had dinner at Fudruckers. Yum!
Then dessert at Jeremiah's! Nicole, this picture was taken for you...in honor of your love for Jeremiah's and of course...us. We even bothered a random man to take the picture. He turned out to be very meticulous about getting a good picture!
Sunday morning, we went to Mark & Rosie's church.
And bothered someone else for a group pic! This one is for the parents...don't we clean up nicely?
After church we went over to Ben & Tami's townhouse to watch the Colts game and also the Eagles game. Josh & Kim (Rosie's other brother and sister 'n law in Orlando) also came over for the game. Matt & Mark went out to the garage to check out Ben's Jeep. Matt would love to have a jeep like this someday to go four wheeling in .
Then they took Ben's Corvette for a spin.
Team Spirit.
Mark & Rosie dropped us off at the airport for our flight back to Colorado Springs and we had an uneventful trip back home!
It was a fun weekend had by all.
