If we can find a garland of greenery that we like, we want to put some over this window here in the dining room.

You're wearing it! :) I guess it's up to your parents for the rest!

Your apartment is beautiful. and of course, so are the two of you together. We found a garland at hobby lobby that we liked that was reasonable. We had one on the ledge between the dinnette and family room but it looked too fake so we found this one that we like. Where do you find the time to decorate?

I was wrong Sonya, we found a garland at Michaels.

We got your card and picture today. Thanks!! I loved the picture. You are so on the ball. I am ashamed I don't get more done when I am home all the time. God help me discipline my time better.

Thanks for the tips Grandma! Matt actually found some garland at Lowe's the other night. We strung lights on it and hung it tonight before watching a Christmas movie! Matt wants to string some lights out on our deck now :)

Time to decorate usually has to come over the weekend. And I'm glad you got your card! We only sent a few out this year-so glad you liked the picture. And as far as being productive...don't forget, you just has open-heart surgery!!! Cut yourself a break :)

I looked at your blog again this morning. I love the way your tree shows in the mirror with the fireplace. And just noticed the little opening from your kitchen. I wish I could be there in person to examine every little space. Have a wonderful Christmas with both of your families.
