As I mentioned in the previous post, Michael returned home from Afghanistan! Our small group went to the Colorado Springs airport to welcome him home. Nathan and I made some posters for the event. (Actually, Nathan kept trying to put the stars in his mouth and I kept trying to redirect his attention so I could make them!)
Matt picked up the 4th of July garland at Wal-Mart after the holiday and I made leis and bracelets with them :) Nathan was intrigued by them and kept trying to get them!
At the airport waiting...
Michael's plane was delayed.
Dale looking cute with a sign to greet her man!
Good time for us all to catch up with Dale!
Ready with our signs.
Trying to convince Dale to let us hide her when Michael arrives and then have her run through our "tunnel" to jump into his arms!
She didn't go for it. :)
Still ready...
Michael's Commander's wife took a picture so we could all be in it.
Getting excited! (and nervous)
Nathan in his Air Force gear
Here he comes!!!
Welcome home, Captain Michael Talley!!!
Yayyy!
He spots his bride.
Together at last!
No more deployments!
Michael meeting Nathan.
And Jamin.
Cute couple. So glad they get to get on with their life together!
Ever wonder how much stuff you need for a year overseas? This is it!
Michael and his Commander
Goodbyes...
It was good to see him.
Good luck, Michael & Dale!

So fun that you were able to be there for the homecoming, but sad that they will be moving away from all of you!
What a happy reunion. Had he seen Nathan and Jamin before? Glad you captured it in pictures for them. G.J.
